When I first signed up I was very suspicious of the company because of the extremely low rates and a lot of the terminology used to explain everything. I purchased a pair of Heelys at a Mervyns that was liquidating due to bankruptcy. Three days later the tongue came completely detached from the shoe making it impossible for my daughter to wear. I tried to exchange at Mervyn's but due to the bankruptcy laws in CA, they were under no obligation to exchange because the liquidator had control of the inventory. These shoes are the worst shoes I have ever purchased. They are advertised as medium width shoes, but in reality they are narrow shoes. I have been trying to break them in for over 11 months now. I have even tried taking them to a shoe shop to have them stretched.
