I took them to vision express to see if they could tell if theyedoctor made a mistake, and came to find out, the rx on the sunglasses was way off, nothing even near to the rx i gave them. I did enter online for a 14 day free trial offer for a wu-yi green tea product. I feel I have been completely scammed. Now they are using my debit card for charges of $69.87 for some bogus membership. I got thru on the 800 # & they claimed I did not cancel said membership within 14 days, as were in the terms & conditions. These were not stated anywhere on the ordering & were not something that had to be checked in order to submit order, which makes it a scam. I received an e-mail offering Acai-Pure for the cost of shipping only ($4.95). When the package arrived it contained an invoice for $44.85 and contained two products I did not order. Instructions for return of unwanted products stated you needed an RMA number from Customer Care which could be obtained via e-mai or the 888 number. No one answers the phone—you punch in numbers but never get a live body. The e-mails are not returned. I am contacting my credit card company and disputing the charge. Today October 5, 2008 I stopped by Stater Brothers for my Grocery Shooping. On My way to the cashier I grabed a cold miller lite Beer. When I was about to pay I was asked for a proff of I.D I'm 28 years old with enough age to purchase alcochol drinks. All I had with me was a valid / current non U.S.Passport. My Wife went there today for a simple hair trim. Her hair is straight, parted in the middle. She asked for it to be trimmed to the level of her chin.
