I ordered a free sample of their product. They billed me for shipping, that OK. Last week a plain white bag with more of their pills arrived. There was no invoice in the package, but there was an address on the package. I did not order this new order. My back card was charged $79.76. I have never had such bad service in my life. I tried out Fashion Cleaners as a new place to get my clothes tailored/repaired becuase it was closer to my house. I got two pair pants hemmed and a zipper replace. I picked the clothes up a week later to find out that the job was unfinished. The zipper was not replaced. I've been going to Village Cleaners, near the Clock Tower in Herndon, VA, for years and I have never had a problem. They were never friendly, but they got the job done and I was happy. This changed once they completely ruined my wife's dress. When I brought the ruined dress to their attention they said it wasn't their fault even though they managed to rip the dress and burn it. First they said it was my fault, then they blamed the dress designer, and finally they said that they are not responsible for destroyed articles of clothing. I had my first experience with Certigy when I was totally humilliated at a Walgren store. When my check was declined, I made them let me call Certigy and made everyone in the store wait while they asked all the confirming information and still would not clear my check. I have disc degeneration disease and right now I have 2 ruptured discs and 1 that is bulging. It presses on the nerves that lead down through my legs.
