Stay away from this equipment. This product is not made very well, but the base is a rather heavy piece. When I received it, the computer system was broken. I have requested a replacement several times and have been told each time that it was being replaced and shipped to my home. Each time, I was told I would receive within 7 days. I went in to the store on Aug 23, 2008 to receive a credit because I was charged three times for an item. I came in with my bank statement to show the cashier where i was charges three times and she said that "this happens all the time and its not their fault and that it was my banks problem. My girlfriend wanted her bangs trimmed and the length in the back preserved. Instead, the stylist chopped off the back and left her bangs alone. This was especially heartbreaking for her as she's been trying to regrow her hair since going through chemo. I am absolutely disgusted by the new opening of Skinny Petes wings. They are located where the old Moe Joes was located. Moe Joes..we want you back!!! 4 weeks ago I sent in jewelry and wedding bands already appraised in value, hoping for some cash as it is badly needed. Ad said when received check will be sent. Recently read some letters of people being ripped off with fake checks. Where did they get those people to advertise receiving checks in the mail. Is no one honest anymore. Ordered £300 worth of clothing, recieved an email saying the items had been shipped and was sent a bogus TNT tracking number and was told it would take 2-3 days to be live on their system (the same time it takes funds to clear). As the tracking link was for TNT China (when the products were being shipped from Australia) I was suspicious. Called TNT, the tracking number and company don't exist. Word of advice, if you buy online use your credit card because at least the transaction can be blocked and you can get your money back. I visited the goodwill store on Geary st on August 23, 2008. For the second time, a store employee has been quite rude to me. She is tall, thin and African American. Then I just received another shippment, which I did not order, I then checked my current credit card statement and I have been charged twice in August for 68.87 for a total of 139.74. I took two pairs of shoes for resole and heels in Feb '08. I paid $70 a piece for the work and one month later, one pair of shoes had the sole splitting already.
