I took out a policy for short term illness maybe a couple of years ago. Sometime later I developed some kind of a skin irritation around my ankle and it was hard for me to walk. So I went to the doctor and he told me to stay off of it for two weeks. I'm thinking it won't be so bad, I've got insurance. Come to find out,after I filed a claim it wasn't what I expected. A representative came by my work place and I told her to cancel my policy. She made me sign some papers and said she'll have it processed. I bought 3 pounds of ground beef from the store at .99 cents and ended up with $4500. worth of dental work. There was a foreign object in the ground beef. The store demanded the two pounds be returned and didn't even refund my money. The fries and hamburgers were cold. The wait in the drive thru for my order, only was 10 min. The lady Jacobb5 , who took our order was snotty. I spent $34.22 for my cold food, and only had a fifty, and because of that I get an attitude for that. I had to ask for napkins. When you give out food at other restaurants, they give you napkins without asking. I ordered a meal for delivery and was told it would be about 35 minutes before it could be delivered, we waited for over an hour. After waiting for an hour the meal that arrived was totally inedible. Arrived with two friends to visit a local bar named Crocidile Rock in Mississauga. The doorman demanded I remove my hat as it is unacceptable attire. I removed my hat then noticed several women with hats on in the club! I decided to put the hat back on and was told shortly once again I must remove it! Dr. Elan Reisin performed breast reduction and liposuction on me and did a terrible job and refuse to correct his mistakes. My breast looks deformed. I can't even wear a bra. WE purchased tee shirts from master image paying a set up fee and a per tee shirt price. Well after getting the tee shirts the first time we washed them the color washed out of the logos on the shirts. We contacted master image and they said they would replace the shirts. this has not happened and they refuse to answer their phone. I had my wisdom teeth extracted 8-9 yrs ago. The dentist extracted the incorrect tooth. He had me get a brace to correct the problem and it did not. About 2 yrs I went to him and he told me there is nothing he can do. My bottom right teeth have shifted, and I have root sensitivity. I received unordered sample of this product in the mail and then started getting bills demanding payment. I was finally able to get someone from customer service by calling the number on the back of the billing (not the number in bold print on the front). It is 1-877-442-7700. The representative said she would take care of the problem immediately. I told her there were many reports on the internet of people who had received unordered products from this company. My daughter was taken to the Emergency room back in 2004 because she slipped and landed on her back-spine on the pool tile. After the doctors took xrays etc they gave us all the paper work that was to be taken to our primary doctor to schedule an out patient MRI. We did everything they told us we should do. I went through the drive through on Tuesday evening on January 22, 2008. I ordered 2 meals and an extra order of Monster shrimp. Total of order was $16.02. I ordered the 'free' trial from White Overnight in May of 2006 and paid the $3.95 'shipping' charge. I canceled the account before the ending of the free trial period. I never heard from them again. Last week while applying for a loan, my credit report shows an entry for a company called Access Capital of El Cajon, CA. They are a legitimate (apparently) collection agency.
