It appears that nothing has changed at Ecco. I used to buy Ecco shoes for their comfort but found that on three pairs of shoes the centres of the soles came away after little wear. The reason for this as far as I could observe was simple. This is really false advertising - especially on Sunday's! I've stood in a line of approx. 9 people and only 1 checker. When I asked about the "3's a crowd" policy, I was told that another checker didn't come on duty until 10:00 am. I keep all of my receipts. I purchased a suit from The Limited and it sat in my closet in the garment bag for about 3 months. I decided I just did not like the material on this particular suit. Ebay should prohibit the selling of gift cards regardless of how they are obtained. I work at a retail company and know that when customers return items without a receipt they get a store credit. But with our company, we use plastic cards that don't say store credit but they say gift card. We have dishonest customers who steal for a living just to return items and get store credit to sell on Ebay.
