I purchased a pair of glasses at this establishment. I knew and expected to pay some of the fee out of pocket due to the way my vision insurance worked. I did not have a problem with that. I had the exam, and picked out a pair of frames. All was good and I was told to check back in a few days, and they should be ready by then. I bought my wife a fur coat in 2007 and told them in 2008 it was tearing. It kept splitting. Then in 2009 we decided it was dry rotted. One of the sales man said they bought another fur store out and some of the coats might have been dryrotted. They made a deal with us and said they would give us another coat comparable to the one we had. Then they said they could only find a coat that was $2K more than the one we previously bought and wanted that amount. I refused and told them to give me my money back. When I received the items, 1 piece was bent, there were 2 other pieces that did not go with the set and I could see where it looked like someone had tried to drill (poorly) holes so the beads would fit. The seller reacted very poorly when they received negative feedback on Ebay. A claim was filed and the merchandise was sent back. They advertise jobs in entry level marketing. The first interview lasts about 5 minutes, the second is basically a long day of free labor with a sketchy "employee" going around to businesses and bothering them while they work.
