I went to work for this company (Harvey Luna, President/Owner) when they opened on November 29, 2010. My first paycheck was to be paid to me on 12/20/10, but Harvey left for Christmas vacation on 12/20/10 and went to Texas. Went to this doctor for lift and reduction. Ended up coming out of surgery with a staph infection which later went into Cellulitis. He also placed one implant behind the muscle which was fine, but then he place the other implant infront of the muscle making it impossible to get a reading of the left breast tissue from a mammogram. Now I'll have to result in paying for expensive MRI's. Every time I saw Dr. Toohey he told me it would take time for my breast to heal for the breast size to go down. I take morphime for chronic pain. I had my prescription refilled at Wallgreens . Instead of filling it correctly which was morphine Sulfate E. R. 15 milligrams ...they filled it at 60 milligrams...this could of killed me ! I think this is ridiculous...I know people are human and make mistakes but this one could've been fatal! Dr. Joel rifkind DDS made my life miserable!! They not only put me through much pain on a basic teeth cleaning but left my mouth a mess! One of the tools they used to go into my mouth with chipped a tooth!! I felt it happen and immediately said something in shock. Our recent stay at RIU Resorts was a dissapointment. The room requested was not given to us. The room smelled terrible and all our luggage and clothing now has that smell. For three nites we tried to get an extra pillow. It was never brought to our room. Requests to front desk and maids both. Also the food was absolutely disgusting. We could only eat french fries and many people in the hotel were voiceing similar complaints. We would not stay at another RIU Resort. I was a customer of Blue Cross/Blue Shield for about 10 years, and NEVER had an issue with ANYTHING regarding my medical insurance or a doctor accepting my medical insurance. I changed careers about six years ago, and ever since (I work for a national bank), my only choice for health insurance has been Aetna or United Health Care.
