I gave them $575.00 for a retest at DMV and there truck had an airleak and gauges that moved all around, they caused me to fail the retest. My wife and I are out $575.00 and a future because of their faults. I had practiced my airbreak and pretrip test and was ready, but now being out of work for more than two months because of this so called random retest I am back to the grind stone looking for another way. Cash Call is definately a rip off. I just happen to go through my e-mails today and found my reminder e-mail to pay my Cash Call loan. I decided to call them to check my balance (thinking my loan should almost if not be paid off by now). I hired this firm to help me with a divorce. I needed help with questions I had in order to make an agreeable settlement with my wife. I did not recieve a response to my calls and was charged to read e-mails I sent. Seemed like each time I called it would create a flurry of billable activity without actually answering my questions. I dont know who these people are but they constantly call. When I first answered the call, no one said anything on the other line. I hung up thinking it was a wrong number but sure enough, EVERY FREAKEN 3 MINUTES THIS JERK OFF CALLS MY HOME NUMBER!!! Even though they never say anything on the other line, I tell them to stop calling me. When you dial the number, its a non existing number. Bay Area Credit Service LLC sent me a letter saying I took an ambulance and that I needed to pay almost $700 to them, but that if I paid it within 30 days they would except $200!!! The Company told me I would NOT have to file bankruptcy to stop my foreclosure. They said I wouldn't pay the mortgage company for 12 months up to 24 months. Instead I would pay them and they will negotiate with the mortgage company. I have been receiving sometimes daily phone calls from the company with differing caller ID information, up to 6 different area codes and phone numbers. Beyond this irritating practice, they have a set scenario they are asked to go through and despite your answers to the contrary, they continue with the programmed information. A Verizon customer appears to make "random" calls to many individuals and hangs up. The calls are coming from 757-490-3862 and the caller ID shows Community Readi. I recently arrived in S. Carolina. I made the mistake of going through this town on a couple of occasions. The very first time I got a ticket. I plead guilty because I did not have the time or resources to deal with it having just moved. The fees were reduced in half.
