I bought a wood stove for my home from Northern Tool. It weighed over 500 lbs and the company knew I was a private consumer. They charged me $85 to lower the lift gate to move the stove to the ground. Then they informed me, at the time of the delivery, that the truck would leave my stove out on the street. My husband and I hired the tax firm to assist with a tax debt in 11/07 since that time it has been nothing but pure *** to get our money back. After paying them $1700 in fees for a pile of paperwork that didn't amount to anything we still owe the IRS $$$$. She handled my H1B extension cases for 8 years, they were simple and easy, just fill in the paperwork and send it in and charge me the fee. I have not received mail for five days at my address. The delivery supervisor at the local branch was rude and uncooperative and said it must have been my fault or the fault of those doing nthe mailing. There is no accountability at the post office (Palm Springs Boulevard and Bruce B. Downs Rd.) I have not receive3d a check, a bill, a letter, and medicine that have been known to have been mailed. Mr. Halliday had entered a forced mediation without any clue as to what the plaintiff was arguing. He tried to extend the mediation because his client refused to be served and he had not performed any "due diligence". He is so clueless that his response to the plaintiff actually supported their argument!!! He also used property as settlement that did not belong to his client and the property owners did not give him power of attorney.
