Jerry Buchanan agreed to buy a radio from me. Money was sent to me via PayPal. Since I had been 'paid' I sent the item to him in Oklahoma. After it was sent (the same day) he reversed the payment, not paying for the radio I sent him. He also has not, or will not, return it to me, or pay me for it. He has emailed me using profanity, and called me a liar, stating that he didn't reverse the payment (I have proof that he did from PayPal), and that PayPal had paid me. They did not. I received a package of recipe cards in the mail. It was actually sent to an old address I had moved from in 2009, but USPS forwarded it to me. The cards had the usual offer to subscribe for more, get free gifts, and such. Also in the package was an invoice for 0.99 for the cards they sent. I did not request these cards, and it would cost me a buck in postage to return them. I received numerous phone calls from a man by the name of "James Thomas". I finally returned his call and he said he is with the Legal Affidavit Office and I have three charges being filed against me. Violation of a federal bank, collateral fraud, and theft by deception. I had a package sent via the 24 hour delivery service with parcel force, To be told it will be delivered on Thursday and I sat in all day until 9.30pm and waited. We have several past due invoices with this company, we transported machinery and/or equipment for his customers under his asking. Our invoices range in date of 35 to 79 days late, to a total of 75, 296.50 plus interest due. School has no issue changing "school policies" (using term loosely) without informing students or even administration and leaving veterans in a hardship. Information is usually found out through other routes than the college or the persons responsible for the change. Change isn't the issue here, its the lack of respect from the responsible person to inform students of changes before it causes such a hardship. Ordered sewing patterns from Sewing patterns.com and when confirmation email received the address was wrong. Emailed them and told them but they said they had been posted to the right address. Paid thru Paypal and by the time I realised that I wasn't going to get the patterns the 30 days were up so lost my money. The amount was around $70 NZ. People beware, the management and administrators (commonly known as admins) of ihub are very biased. They pick and choose what they consider a violation of their "TOS" based soley on if you are a paying customer or not. This is praise for Model Rectifier Corporation. Last week they did me the great service of replacing the defective decals from a kit of theirs, after I had set about getting replacements for some missing parts from the same kit. Missing parts and defective decals are very unusual and the fact that MRC did replace those items says a whole lot for the good business practices of MRC.
