I am a small business owner who is a CLEAR Authorized retailer. A customer who does not have a credit card bought a Greendot Card at Walgreens to purchase CLEAR service . We have processed CLEAR Transactions on prepaid VISA Cards before so we assumed it would be no problem . There was a $39.00 unauthorized charge on my credit card. I didn't even give them my credit card number! (Where'd they get it?) I can understand why banks pay the requested charge, because there is NO PROOF that the victim did not offer to pay! These shiesters are smart.
