I am a small business owner who is a CLEAR Authorized retailer. A customer who does not have a credit card bought a Greendot Card at Walgreens to purchase CLEAR service . We have processed CLEAR Transactions on prepaid VISA Cards before so we assumed it would be no problem . So I like want to share my experience with going through the massage program at palm beach state college.
