I too contracted Van Kirk to build my pool back in 2004. They broke ground on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and my yard was a debacle for that holiday weekend and for 6 more months to come. I ordered the Income Cloner CD, and gave my bank information to pay for it. I did not realize at the time that I would have monthly withdrawals from by bank account of $104.95. Since I am on Social Security I really cannot afford these charges, especially since the only thing that I have received was that initial CD. This company withdrew $17.93 from my account claiming to be the fee for loan researching. The site did not mention any fee for researching for a loan. Apparently this stems from the Last Chance site. I called 877-258-2584 on 4/6/2009 and spoke with "Michelle". She claimed to have cancelled my account but guess what? My account was again debited for $17.93 on 4/8/2009!!! I have been using ATT for almost two years now. I have a more expensive camera phone. The service people in California were rude and made lots of mistakes when changing over my phone and number. I have no idea who these people are but after talking to my bank, I started the process of filing charges against them for unauthorized charges to my account in the amount of $27.00. On Friday April 10, my boyfriend approached the the check out counter with 2 bottles of wine. The Chateau Pey Latour price tag on the shelf was 12.95 and at checkout was 18.95. Ordered a driver's seat and an a pillion seat for a Daytona 675. When the seat arrived it was completed manufactured incorrectly and would not fit as a replacement. Long story short, my fiance took our riding lawn mower to this guy and was treated like dirt. Only thing he wanted was to sell her a lawn mower of his that was old and in my opinion just junk.
