Be very careful when conductong business with Bottone Masonry. We paid the contractor a deposit to purchase materials to begin a job. Contractor had holes dug, but never came back to finish the job. We had to pay a second contractor to finish the job. Phone calls never returned, contractor ignored complaint placed with the Better Business Bureau. On 9/3/08 Mr. Peng contracted to do the fabrication and installation of my downstairs shower and vanity at my house. He cut the 3rd and 4th granite slabs incorrectly so that my new fabricator cannot install the granite to my upstairs (second) shower. I signed up to do medical transcriptions from home with this company. They made me purchase thier foot pedal for transcriptions which was quite expensive. No disk came with the pedal, you had to download it from their website. I purchased reference material for transcriptions. These were very expensive especially for someone who was not working. I am a associate at dollar general we had recieved a new store manager and she treats us like crap. I need to complain about this company because they are making so much money off of people, and do not provide a sufficient or half way decent service. I have been dealing with this company for around 2 1/2 months and have spend over $500. First they charge a fee everytime someone adds money to the account, so for $50 deposit they add only $40 to your account.
