Two to three times out of the year, for the past three years, we have had some people come to our house to solicit us to fix a dent in our car. Charge for LOUDNCLEAR showed up on our credit card, dated 11/20, and we never received it. Called the 800-765 # and recording said to call the 800-691 # for Loud N Clear customer service. Tried that number several times, either their recording said they were busy and hung up or transferred me to a Service Rep. who, after I explained my problem, hung up. That happened 3 times. My less then one year old Kenmore Range stopped working on Saturday Dec. 6, 2008 and I called to schedule an appt. Sears could not have anyone come to service the Range until Wed. My mother ordered a food intolerance test from Optimum Health Labs which used to but is no longer affiliated with York nutritional laboratories in England. I subscribe to BidSlammer an online sniper service for Ebay. They requested more money in my account to make a bid and offered bonus dollars if I did so and I did. At that time it only cost 10 cents to place a bid. They then changed the bid charges to about a dollar per bid after I sent more money.
