I checked out their website and never remember visiting in. In addition, when I attempted to log in with one of my usual member names, it did not register. We owned a shop selling consumer goods and signed up for a merchant account with a company called W-Pay.com. We were a little suspicious about them as they had no address, no telephone number and one email address which when replied to, was never signed. JC Penney payment has always been due the 3rd of the Month. I have automatic payment sent without issues until they change the date to the 27th of the same month. Two payments in one month? I didn't catch this and was hit with $35 late fee. I heard that GE Money is doing this to everyone to get cash. This is totally unfair and should be investigated by our Government. I have 2 Parakeet walkers from Planet Mobility. We like the walkers, but they came with missing parts. I have called for the past 2 months for the parts, and they promise to send them. So far, they haven't arrived. The second walker also arrived with no receipt or shipping papers. It was just packaged in a box. Their service is terrible. After my cat developed an abscessed tooth earlier this year and needed veterinary care, I took her in to see the vet. She required anesthesia and a tooth extraction. I applied for CareCredit to pay her $316.95 bill. This was not done lightly, I do not apply for credit willy-nilly and this is the ONLY credit I currently have. I went to Best Buy to do some Christmas shopping. When I got to the register I wrote a check for $222.60 I was declined when I asked why I was told that I did not have enough money to cover the check that they take it out right away. This is a paid posting and article writing site. They hire writers to post on forums or to write articles for third parties. The problem is they don't pay their writers. They take weeks and weeks to confirm that a job is actually completed before any money is placed in your available account. I have tried to call them, e-mail, and chat. The phone does voice prompt and goes into a busy signal. The e-mail claims an error, the chat never goes down with the time and numbers. This is a scam. I am at my wits end. I have not received a bill from Direct Energy in 6 months, I have called and was told it was an internal problem, yet it seems after doing a little research that I am not the only one with this problem, and I have been told also that my bill has not been generated. On 12-5-08 I was expecting a package from DHL Express out of Kansas City, MO. My regular delivery driver called me and told me that she did not have a package from me. She asked what zip code it orginated from and I told her. She told me she would make some phone calls and get back with me. In 2003 we bought a water heater from Whirlpool. It was a 50 gallon LP water heater. We wanted a 40 gallon but the store didn't have any in stock. Two years later the thremal coupling went out on it so I had to go 35 miles one way and get a part for it, send the reciept in and get a refund from Whirlpool. Now the same part has gone again.
