I bought a Sleep Number bed 4 yrs ago (the dual control type). I noticed I started waking up with terrible back pain and it took me a while to realize it was the bed and that even at the highest air level of 100, it was in no way firm or supportive enough to support or conform to my spine. I had my 3 month ond son in recently for photos and was very dissappointed of the service I received. We were called in after our appointment time( we were the first ones of the day) because the lady was busy making phone calls. She was upset because the girl who worked the day before did not have things done that she should have. She was in a bad mood which is understandable, but we are her customers. Their customer service is rude and curt, they will not let you cancel an order, nor will they listen to you. They lie and say an order has shipped and it has not. This company is affiliated with a foreign company and they use the foreign business tactics to make it impossible to get your money back. I use to be employed with burgess seed and Plant Company. I worked in the call centre, let me tell you this, they are horrible with customer service and once they have your money your in for a ride. Not a very good one at that. They don't pay the shipping department what they should. So therefore when your packages are being sent out, they handle them extremely ruff. This company charged me over $200.00 on collect calls. Several times my children under the age of 18 accepted the calls. There was no rhyme or reason as to their per minute charges, and this company as well as any other company not regulated by the FCC needs to be addressed. I ordered a very nice set of business cards. Had a lot of trouble navigating their way of typesetting and layout. The cards came in looking terrible. Smudged printing and bad "leading". I sent back samples, per their request. They said they didn't receive them. Each time I talk to customer service (use the term lightly) it's a different story.
