Having mysteriously lost one of 9 parcels I sent with them their customer service chose to lie about it and claim they had delivered all 9 parcels.They changed their story about when they had delivered the parcels but simply ignored the fact that their agent's (DHL) tracking system showed that one of the parcels had not been delivered although I even sent them a print off. This company is a joke! Our company had a very urgent parcel that was needed to be delivered to Royal Swazi Sun for permits. At 8:30 they were called to come pick up the parcel for delivery the next day. They said they had no problem and it will be picked up a.s.a.p. I decided to enroll with AccuStaffing in hopes I would get a job so I can pay my rent and bills. What got was exactly the opposite. For one, they promise prompt employment, and I never got so much as a call from them until about 4 months later. I had called the claims department to verify that repairs to my RV rooftop air conditioner would be covered, and they assured me it was. I submitted a cash paid receipt for the repairs in January, 2011 and now they are refusing to honor the claim. They sent me a request for additional information on February 14th, which I responded to the same day, and the claims representative actually told me he could just continue to say they never received it and not reimburse the claim. My husband and i have been a fan of dancing with the Stars since the get go. It is suppose to be a good, clean family show. After reading the above complaints I have come to the conclusion AppraiserLoft is a dishonest, self-serving company that doesnt deserve to be in business. Maybe the reason they arent paying their appraisers is because they are having financial trouble, or maybe they just dont give a crap about the people that do all the work for them. Via their website, I notified EZPass that I left my tag in the car I traded in. They sent me a replacement tag (no letter or instructions attached). I mounted it. Two weeks later they sent me another tag (don't know why - no letter or instructions). I replaced the tag I previously mounted. I have since received 12 violations from the earlier tag. Apparently it wasn't functional. I should not be responsible for the earlier tag not registering. It was their error. The violations total $208. I booked for a parcel to be delivered from South Africa to Qatar. The cost of that was R655.50. The courier came when my husband (with a broken foot) was all alone at home. Even though the security guard at the gate told him that he is home and he must just wait the courier services just decided to leave. This without phoning the telephone number that was provided.
