USE EXTREME CAUTION! After several months and about 90 emails back and forth about trying to resolve a debt to the IRS, i just gave up and considered the $700 i gave to Mr. Rosaler a lost. The IRS tracks everytime you call or your enrolled agent calls. Just got a letter claiming I evaded a South Bay Expressway toll in early July. $60 penalty which goes up to $102.50 if I don't pay it by early August.
