I placed an order with samsbeauty.com for a jewelry set. I needed the jewelry for a wedding and placed the order 2 weeks ahead of time. Had the above company(Bill Kostos and son) complete a room addition and bathroom remodels. Master bath tile shower. They forgot to put the rubber lining down causing floor and wall damage. We hired Holman Moving System to empty our two portable storage units and deliver all items to our home about an hour and a half away. I spoke with Al Schady several times telling him that the units were full and the largest (17 foot) units available. He gave me a quote for three men and six hours which I agreed to. What they are doing is including a limited subscription update of search engine information in the purchase. However when the subscription runs out, the software is blocked by them, stops using search data altogether. The annual renewal fee is equivalent to the purchase price of the software itself.
