well I took a book back cause it ripped my pages on wire bound book and I did get the book from there I took my time finding receipt could not I think i recalled sending them to Trustee. Anyhow I got a truss pass notice from them and email. I hate there staff except for one person there who drives there truck. Sears store in Nelson has a very poor customer service. The owner and the staff do not have a helpful attitude. It is more like "whatever, I do not care". We asked the owner of the store (manager) for an advertised product to be ordered (as they didn't have it in store) and he said he will place the order tomorrow, a s he is too busy that day. I was told in an email that there were several Western Unions in my area that had money missing from their stores and I was going to be going in and checking them out. I was to open a CitiBank account and they would wire money into it, including the $100.00 for doing the job. I was then to wire the money from the Western Union to another mystery shopper. We purchased the AdvancePro software to integrate our inventory with Quickbooks and scanner capability. This was back in September 2009, it is now the end of December and I have been unable to get on the webinar for training and when we requested a one on one they have failed to respond. We are having issues with the scanners and the Rep that sold me the software phone numbers are no longer valid. I have a ticket into Customer support, but haven't heard a peep.
