Originally my address was sold, I have documentation of a call to the Yellow pages people long story short is that if you hit on contact on any of the pages (serviceslisted) you get nothing or urlerror. A representative named Alex contacted our office to advise that I confirmed Yellow Pages Online advertising for our business, that an invoice for $499.99 would be forthcoming, the confirmation # is 2005175207, mentioned a cancellation # (none given), provided no return contact phone number, and left this message with one of our employees to give to me. I set up a repayment plan with Wonga.com for an agreed amount and yet they have randomly decided to take over three times that amount in one go with no explanation or warning and have since tried to take even more! I agreed the repayment amount because it was all I could afford. This is a serious breach of contract from them. I sent an email via the website and have not yet heard anything back. The site does not tell you that they will require a picture of your drivers license and a picture of your credit card before they will activate your account. This is completely unheard of. You will not find out about this until you fill out the form including your credit card information. Reputable online billers never see your credit card information. I tried free MSGTAG and was impressed so purchased it. A couple of weeks after that it stopped working. I tried various remedies -- all unsuccessful. Successive emails to MSGTAG support were always non-deliverable. After a few months, I tried again and in April 2011, upgraded to the latest version and they took my $29.95 like lightning. A couple of weeks after that, MSGTAG stopped working and no matter how many times I try to get support, emails are declined.
