We have been trying to find our rebate since March and long behold the employee entering the information into the computer system spelt our name wrong. There is now a card being sent in the wrong name, which will make it hard for us to use it because most places check identification for the use of credit cards. When I spoke with a manager she stated there was nothing they could do and that the business could call if they have any questions. I bought a Weekly Travelcard Zones 1-4 on my Oyster card at a newsagents (364-366 Sutton Common Road, Sutton, Surrey. SM3 9PL). I paid by debit card. This company requires a deposit, and then charges the remaining bill when the final order is placed. However, it turns out they did not have the product I ordered and were not able to get it. They now owe me a refund of several hundred dollars and have since October of 2010. Complaints placed with both the Better Business Bureau in Laredo and the State Attorney General's Office failed to produce results. After being prompted to us Ontrac Shipping by a delivery person, I decided to try it for my west coast shipping needs. I shipped a small box but once it was scanned it showed as an envelope. I was told it was a type o and gave it no more thought until it was lost. This was a high dollar shipment . I went to Vespia's on Rt18 in East Brunswick with a coupon I won for a free oil change. I was told that I needed: 2 new tires, my air filter was so dirty that I needed to flush the system, I needed new front and rear brakes totally over $1500.00. I refused all except replacing air filter. I took the car the very next day to the dealer and told them that Vespia said my brakes are 95% gone. I received a call from dealer that my brakes are fine.
