I have a retail store and Yakov and Son Refrigeration were hired to repair the fridge and freezer. They were referred to me by someone who had used them in the past. Big Local is a HUGE SCAM. They do not do anything to help your company and have an unfair and difficult cancellation policy- you have to mail them a letter, email them, and call them before they will cancel and then they charge you half your yearly contract. I have the TASCAM DR100 I purchased at B&H NYC. It is still under warranty. It has been consistently unpredictable. The lithium battery runs out very fast and the switch to the AA batteries is not always clear and I find myself out of juice at crucial moments. Phil repaired my cluster a while back and while it does work it is not accurate, the speedometer is about 4mph off of what its supposed to read (confirmed with speeding ticket and GPS) the fuel gauge does not read correctly either, my truck runs out of gas before the low fuel warning comes on.
