They only warranty their product for 1 year. For that kind of money they should honor it for 5 years!. I ordered a DVD set from them and since it was a gift, it was a little time before I gave the gift to my kids. It turns out the entire set is in Chinese and I ordered an English version. Then they conviently forget to pick up an expensive mountain bike, only to return later to pick it up and do not list it on their inventory list and SURPRISE! It's lost in the move. The first problem with the furnace (first part of 2011) was the furnace sporadically not shutting off. We’d have to turn the gas valve off at the furnace, then wait for the cool down cycle to finish and turn the breaker off, wait ten seconds and turn it back on. I checked out this site, a few days ago. The prices were very good, too good to be true. So I tested them out. I bought something from them, the communication was great. If only they had supplied the goods they would be a good company. What I bought was a SONY PSP with around 5 Accessories (case car charger earphones etc. + 2gig memory card) Order came out to be about $120 or so. Hal's Radiator Service in Glendale, AZ is absolutely the worst place to take a car. I took mine there to get a new radiator and a few weeks later it overheated and blew my engine. I took it back to Hals and showed him all of the gunk in the radiator (probably stop leak) and he said he didn't do it. He said I must have put it in there. If I just had it replaced & it leaked, I would take it back to him...not put stop leak in it. Cost me an engine & he Hals wouldn't do a thing. Liveleadpros took an order from my debt company for $4, 000 worth of leads. At first the leads came sporadically, did not meet agreed specifications and eventually stopped coming at all.
