Despite offering an "instant top up" service I didn't receive a code so topped up elsewhere out of necessity. Only when I emailed them after five days to ask for a refund did they send me a code. When I emailed them to tell them that I no longer needed the code which is why I'd asked for a refund they then told me they didn't give refunds once they had sent codes out. You couldn't make it up. The plan was simple, plenty of features, and it was a bit over budget but I really liked the free Blackberry phone that I received with the promotion. DO NOT GET ROCK CHIPS REPAIRED HERE. The do not warranty their work, so if the rock chip repair fails you are out of luck. However they will apply the cost of the repair to a new windshield. Never ever park your car in the Metro Plaza next to Pavonia Newport mall which has BJ's, Shop Rite, Pep Boys... This site is a PTC site. They suspend me just because I tried to register to their forum. They suspend me after I was upgraded and bought rented refs. They are nothing but crooks!
