My story is a little long, but one everyone should read, if you don't want this to happen to you. My husband purchased a boat in December of 2009, and it needed some repairs done to the engines. BPTP allotment procedure is very doubtful. I have been allotted two bedroom flat 2 time. When I asked the procedure of allotment, I found it is very doubtfull. We called this company to schedule our move. They scheduled the move for 12 the next day and said they would call an hour before to let us know they were on their way. When 11 o'clock rolled around we did not receive a call. We waited thirty minutes and then called but received no response. We left a message just figuring that they were on another move. USA All Point Move Storage charged me $904 to move from a 400SF apt. I had a bed, dresser, nightstand, loveseat, TV Stand and desk. The move was 3 blocks. They charged me $91 for fuel and $461 for packing materials. I am disputing the charges now and have turned them in to FTC and BBB.
