Terrible customer service- My spouse & I spend a total of 8.5 hours within a week speacking to more than 15 customer service reps to order Satelite TV. We even got many confirmation numbers and appointments for a technician to come to our apartment & install the television for us. I recharged my MTS BLAZE number 9136952176 on MAY 05, 2010 with INR 3150/- I have the proof of recharging it with the amount INR 3150. I had applied for broadband connection of reliance and gave installtion charges by cheque(no-009625) of uti bank, but next day i had been informed that due to some technical problem they are not able to provide me this connection, they have no availability in my locality. i told the person to returned my cheque and documents back to me. but he didnt give it to me. and on 20/11/2006 cheque came in my account and bounce due to unsufficient fund, i was not aware that they will diposit this cheque. so this is very irresponsible behaviour from the company.
