Their McAfee security software allowed a trojanfakeav.b to get into my computer. It was able to not only to shut down the Microsoft anti-virus protection but also the McAfee protection as well. When I contacted AT&T by phone I was transfered to a Tech support who wanted to charge me $99 to fix a problem that their service allowed, not to mention their usual run around procedure of transfering me to different departments for 2.5 hours and then hanging up on me. read full review »

I have a contract with Tmobile since 2005. I have often used call forwarding from my phone to the other phone when I am not available. However, this time I got a big bill from them for callwarding charge of 45 cents/min. I called and complained about the bill but they didn't take the overcharge off my bill. They said I only have 500 minutes I can use for my callforwarding. I asked them to show me where in the contract said that. I ordered the KNIGHT STICKS E-Cig, it worked until i tried to recharge the battery the second time. It blew out ports on both my laptop and my desktop thru the USB adaptor that comes with it. Horrible customer service. After the Haiti earthquake we started desperately calling in Haiti as my father was there. We made more than 5 failed attempts per day starting from January 13. When I received my bill I was SHOCKED!! ALL our failed attempts have been charged even if we didn't talk (lines were and still are for the most part down!) UPS has had posession of my package since February 5th and still has offered me no guarnateed delivery date. Their only excuse is poor weather conditions. Yes, we have had snow but the roads have been cleared for days and by the way...IT IS WINTER!(UPS drivers are not competent enough to drive unless it is sunny?). Canada Post delivery service! On February 15th, 2010 we had a Canada Post supervisor come to our door stating that the post carrier refused to deliver our mail due to snow on the steps and missing railings. Please note following his visit, I measured the snow as being 1/2'" of soft snow that had fallen the night before, and as for the railings, there have never been railings on the two steps necessary to get to the mail box. Not a good business to work with. Stay away at all cost. Don't expect to get your security deposit back. They'll illegally enter the apartment and begin to clean before you've even had your move out inspection. THis company advertises lifetime file downloads for $26.65 but after you have ordered and received your credit card info it turns out to be $105.95. When I asked why, I was informed that in their terms and conditions it spelled out that there were various other services that you were being charged for. Well, I went to work for these guys a couple of weeks ago, although the guys on "Greensheet" (trade mag) told me not to. Well, the guys were right.
