I have to let people know about our experience with Teragren flooring and Interiors Exteriors of Colorado Springs. This company has not rejected our state taxes. they are holding them still after a week. We have sent in all the documents to verify who we are, and still no contact back from anyone, even though they state they will call you within 3 days. They removed my husband from our account and set up another account without our authorization. They do not allow you to call and speak to anyone in the fraud department or risk department. Purchased a wonderful mattress 4 years ago with a 25 year warranty (spending over 1500.00). The mattress was sagging on both sides after the 4th year. I recieved my phone bill with an added surprise...two collect calls to the tune of 61.76 + taxes. The calls were 3min. and 5 mins. respectively. I have a Maytag Neptune 6 years old that stopped working. Bill & Rods Appliance Inc. came our to service the machine. I was told it was the circuit board needed replacement at a cost of $200 for the just the part. The part was ordered. I went to Canadian Tire to purchase paint. The girl that helped me had to tint it 3 times but just couldnt get it right. Then she said if I changed from egg shell to a semi latex it would be better. So I did. Then she did another tint test on the paint and she still didnt mix it right. I was charged for opperator assist and a 290 minute phone call that I did not make. I have never used AT&T for anything. I placed an online order for some small parts, which easily fit into a standard flat rate USPS box, postage of $4.90. In the final step of checkout, the shipping charges popped up at more than $25. I ordered a used textbook from Barnes and Noble title Grammar by Diagram by Cindy Vitto. The description said that the book was in "very good" condition, which means no writing, highlighting, or page damage. This book had much wear, dog-eared pages, and writing on nearly every page!
