We as a family have used huggies nappies for a number of years now with no real problems, We have a newborn baby girl (10/11/09) we brought huggies newborn nappies (5) packets, and the last packet that we opened we have had 6 out of the packet so far that the tapes are not secured to the nappy. When you try to fasten the nappy the left hand side tape pulls away from the nappy, it may just be a bad batch, the batch number is:- 5 029053 531151, this problem will not stop us buying your products it is something that me as a customer thought needed to be addressed by your quality control inspectors.

My etop sim data had been deleted due to which it is allowing only emergency call and when a call is being made by other phone the answer comes that this number does not exists .Though I complained to the sim provider Mr.Virendra having mobile number9935208276 till now no action has been taken every time he keeps on giving excuses, though I had provided Mr.Virendra with the ID proof at the time of purchasing the etop sim, it seems as if neither the company nor the supplier is interested in solving my problem.My Airtel mobile number is 9956902765.

This company had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I applied for a mortgage refi with them and everything was going smoothly until I called them out on closing costs. Their advertised fees-which I also confirmed with their loan officer - were not what they projected on the disclosure form. I tried to hire them to restore my online reputation as I had some complaints made by an ex employee and after 4 months since we signed the contract, I do not see any results. They advertise all over the internet using different fake companies like Reputec.com.

Manageyournews.com is a total rip off. Unfortunately I didn't Google them earlier because I fell into a similar trap as others. After several months of their delays and excuses, I never saw any actual work completed by them. I spoke with and emailed the owner of ManageYourNews many times. I just wanted the work completed as promised and they continued to fail to deliver. Finally, the manager emailed me saying that they would send me a refund. Okay so exactly a week ago I bought a really cute ring that I mistakenly got in the wrong size. Today I took it back wanting a smaller size and apparently all jewelry is final sale. Upon further inspection I DID find it on the receipt but NO WHERE ELSE IN THE STORE. I looked! Even on the cashiers. I am very pissed off at the fact that I had my receipt, the product was unworn, and I even had the little tag that attaches to the product. I ordered 3 HHO units from Hydrogen Assist Development (www.safehho.com), spending $1, 800! To date, I have not received but 1 incomplete unit.
I have repeatedly asked for a refund, but have not gotten it. They have a warranty and a guarantee but it is bogus.

I'm in the job market and am getting a lot of scam emails- pyramid schemes, etc. I got a suspicious one from a company that calls itself "10in5 enterprises" that says nothing about who they are. They just send you a link which just starts asking for information. Even more interesting is that every time you click the link, the company name in the address bar changes. I've used Mitchum's women's antiperspirant for 4 decades. But over the last few years (since the older formula was replaced), I find I lose great big chunks --sometime more than 1/2 of each stick-- that snap off as I'm applying it (even though I barely extend the stick past the opening of the container to apply it). After all this time, why has there been no solution, or at least some sort of temporary fix, i.e. a replacement or refund offer?

The 'customer service' dept. at this company is the absolute worst I have ever experienced. Hold times are extremely long, reps are rude and unprofessional. It is so frustrating to ever have to deal with them. Today, the hold time was really long so I allowed them to call me back; when I answered I was placed on hold for at least 5 minutes.
