I contacted the company and sent previous transcription results frommy school as they had requested in 2007. In 2008, I sent their transcription notes from their web site. I was told when I transcribed without error, I could train with them. I asked what I'd done in error and no answer came back to me. I was told they would contact me about re-training for their jobs. I had a horrible experience all around with movers. Nationwide Relocation Services is a broker who hires shoddy and unethical companies to move your belongings and gives you a cheap quote and then the movers overcharged me by lying about the weight of the belongings and I only was refunded when I demanded to go to the weight station to see them weigh it. Received fraudelent charge on my credit card of $10 for AIM Callout Service. I called AOL and they admitted it was fraudulent charge but won't refund until I fill out there "affidavite." They didn't need anything in writing to charge me. I called my credit card company, now my account is on hold until I get new cards with new numbers. On November 12, 2007 we paid Meest Company to send shipment to Russia. They charged us Air fee, delivery fee, insurance fee and custom fee and promised to get our shipment to Russia in 2-3 weeks. I called netzero to set up a dial up month to month service. I checked my billing status and found that netzero had signed me up for hi speed and a 12 month plan. I was also told I would be charged $25 dollars for cancellation. I have repeated their mistake numerous time. Netzero said I authorized this plan. I did not and never would. Netzero is ripping me off. I move often and have a very limited budget. During the conversation with the rep for netzero I repeated all the specifics at least twice. Month to month was agreed to.
