After calling and using Imagination.WS, their other domain web designing services I was extremely disappointed. I ordered a website originally during December of 2007, after a few weeks I was assigned to a web developer (this was after several nasty emails) then nothing ever got done. I had to call again and again and finally they assign me a web designer, but the work produced was terrible. I would not recommend Imagination.VG to anybody. I have had a termite contract with Orkin for almost 20 years and I purchased it from the previous owner of my house. It has been in effect for at least 20 years. On Dec 7, 2007 we discontinued our service with WildBlue Communications. We were told that their would be no additional charges to our account. Shortly after we were charged $49.95 to our account. On Jan 16, 2008, WildBlue charged $214.62 to our account (debit card). In doing so, it caused a overdraft at our bank. In turn, our bank charged us fees in the amt of $50.00. I am blown away right now after reading of the nightmares people have suffered at the hands of this GE Money Bank. In the last two weeks I too have had my little problems with this Bank. I read the complaints about FASTHOSTS web hosting services too late to prevent what I consider fraudulent charges to be taken from my credit card. The service is terrible. They take subscription payments and fail to record on your account. Onlyafter proof-of-payment, and considerable effort and expense on phone, do they activate the account. I hired the moving company Jan '07. They demanded cash up front, unlike the Visa/Master Card advertised. They did not have the proper equipment to move us from Des Moines to Cedar Rapids Iowa. I sent a few electronic items( 2 TVs & a home theatre system) by sea cargo through Rona Cargo in Sharjah to Cochin, Kerala, India. I ordered flowers from Proflowers.com on Feb 2, 2008. Paid an extra 10 bucks to have guaranteed delivery on Valentine's day. Valentine's day came and went with no delivery. I live in a rural California county where there are limited ISPs. At the time that I signed up for Wildblue, it was the ISP of last resort -- and now I can see why. If there is any kind of weather, my internet service is slower than dial-up or unavailable altogether. We hired Relocation Van Lines to pack move our belongings out of state. In order to not have any surprise charges, we had a representative from the company come to our home to look at our belongings to provide an accurate estimate for the move. Tried ordering flowers from Bloomex.ca for my wife's birthday ... order never arrived. Called customer service 5 times... they claimed the card used was declined - but when I called Visa, no attempt was ever made to bill the card. The real problem here is that phone calls are answered by a CALL CENTER THAT CAN'T HELP YOU AT ALL. They send 'messages' to 'production'.... Also, THEY CAN'T TELL WHERE AN ORDER IS AT ANY GIVEN TIME.
