upon arrival at the sun palace (Sept.18) we were told we were being upgraded to a presidential suite from our junior suite. We were put with 2 other people in the suite, when we complained we were told they were full.We decided to make due so we were stuck in the small part of the suite(106). I had difficulty ordering the "free" samples and was charged an extra 29.95 for an extra bottle. They kept saying to use another card after it had already gone through. My bank sent me an alert as to the number of transactions that were going through. I had no way of contacting the company to straighten it out immediately so I now have an extra bottle that I did not want yet. While am on a business trip in Africa. Amex reduced my line of credit by $25000 to less than the balance on my account; rendering my card useless and causing me embarrassment and costing me money. Amex sent me an email that you had reduced my credit line. I am appalled at the way Amex treated a loyal customer like me. In 2007 I spend over $100000 on their card yearly. I took a disposable camera into the store to be processed, I was told that the machine was down and so it would take some extra days for processing; I had no problem with that because I was in no hurry for the pictures. Geo Holidays offered $100 in free gas vouchers if you attended there presentation. It actually cost you. You had to spend the $100 first in one visit to the gas station submit that receipt and then they said you would receive your gas voucher. We submitted that receipt for the amount they asked. We now have received a booklet of 5 $20 coupon that we have to take to the gas station and return to Gas up America showing that we spent more money before we can get our actual refund. I'm filing in small claims to get money that was never paid from tenants he put in my home. He never refunded the tenants security deposit too. Sometimes guests show up without a home to stay in. Left my car with Avistar for a week . When I returned my radar detector was removed. People at the lot said there is nothing they can do. Submitted claim - cliam manager told me it is Company policy to let employees take whatever they want from the cars because it says on the back of your ticket that the Company is not responsible. When I started my accounty in September, I was told I had the $.015/minute plan for international calls to Mexico. The high toll department called me about a week later and told me that my balance was more then $700 and that my long distance was restricted.
