Did not get our room cleaned until 5pm. after we asked. Manager was very rude, told us it was "our fault" because we hung a do not disturb sign up. WE DID NOT. When I called TripRes to make reservations they stated cancellations prior to 14 days would be $50, but when I called to cancel they stated it would be $50 dollars per person per room, I had 2 rooms with 2 persons each room . They stated that they reviewed the call and that I had a greed about the cancellation fees . I checked in for 3 nights and I asked if I needed to stay longer would it be a problem to finish out the week, will you have rooms. I signed up and was mis lead on three different things. First: I was told that I could rent out the spaces I had just purchased and this of course is untrue. Second: I was told that there would be no credit card in my name, this turned up to be a lie as well. I actualy called the fraud department because I believed my identity had been stolen.
