I called the wuyi customer rep to be refunded. I had no problem there. They returned my money to my account. The custotomer service rep also reassured me that there would be no further charges. A sepperate incident involved sending a email to a company and when they didn't respond I went thru my bank. My bank posted the money to my account with a conditional understanding that they would take the money back if when they asked for my refund and didn't get the money that I would return the money to the bank. I got my money back as Global Credit Union was sucessful in getting my refund. and this is what I will do if they refuse me a refund. read full review »

Paid $1, 300 and received ZERO in services! NEVER returned a single call EVER, as I probably called at least 20-25 times! We reserved a room at this place-now called boutique waterfront lodge for two nights. after being in this room for only two hours we discovered that the room was infested with bed bugs.we were offered a refund by the attendant. we went to our room to gather our belongings and returned to the office to deal with the refund. I submitted an order but did not a print a confirmation. I did not receive a confirmation and the account was not charged. I thought perhaps the order didn't go through. I ordered again and printed a receipt. Again did not receive a cofirmation. I called, the machine said "not accepting messages." I e-mailed, returned within seconds. I was quoted on an hourly rate. I asked if there were any other fees than the hourly rate which was $45/h. They told me they charged an extra hour for traveling time. I asked is that all the charges, they said yes. The man that I spoke with asked for a $300.00 deposit prior to the move and we would be refunded any amount that wasn't used up. Our move took less than two hours and they tried to charge us almost $700.00! They had this fee for miscellaneous items of $90.00! On Wednesday night Oct. 29. 2008, my wife and I stayed the night at the Wendover days inn motel. A foot ball team from Las Vegas arrived late about 9:30 pm, after they checked in they ran up and down the hall, knocked on our door several times and yelling to each other. I purchased a HP laptop at Future Shop. Within the first year it fail to turn on and was overheating. The store tells me that it is quicker if I called HP myself and had the courier pick it up and deliver it. I waited a few days and got the laptop back and it still wasn't working. The wildflower Village promotes bed and breakfast accomodations stating a low price, breakfast included with champagne.
