This is regarding a police case 498a. i would like to take your suggestion how to complaint/ request for a impound of a passport of the accused person. My Brother in law want's to escape from India without informing his wife (my sister). and he was harassing her physically and mentally. we have filed a 498A case against him and he is no bail now. he is having a valid Visa for US and he is in plans for escape. I had ask for termination of membership last Nov 09and i was given by this company a termination letter dated 30Nov 2009 and had been advise in 6-8 weeks the payment will be charge back to my banks in 8weeks time i had follow up on the payment but there was no notification made to my bank by this GMC, i went to SCT file a case and i was given a court order that this GMC should return back the full amount to me. FYI this GMC cannot be located i went to the place the company is close, no picture of where are they now how can i collect my money back. read full review »

i had a flight from girona to luton on the 5th of april 2010. i bought a bottle of rum and som other gifts and had them in my duty free bag, as my carry bag is really small. my flight was with ryanair. i was not allowed to get in airplane because my extra duty free bag, not big also!! i was denied to fly and end up staying in airport spending more money on a new ticket plus diffrent airport that i had to go and all day lost plus humiliation! how can they also charge me for my duty free bag 35 euros? what a cheek!! and ur business will go down... read full review »

Comment: Le Coqui Inn San Juan PR We stayed here on the recommendation of AA vacations. Upon arrival The clerk gave my friend and I vouchers for their restaurant.. upon leaving the hotel mewe immediately got jumped by a robber in the bushes who ripped the bag off my friend almost breaking her shoulder. I used to be a loyal Sunwing customer but am no longer either. I booked with Sunwing Vacations to go to the Dreams Punta Cana resort. The travel dates were supposed to be from Sat, April 3- Sat, April 10. Two days before we left, I heard that SkyService went out of business. Relieved that I had chosen to stay away from them because of their history of horrible service, I thought I'd be okay. I recently few back from Puerto Vallarta on Aero Mexico with a stop to change planes in Mexico City. When my suitcase arrived on the carrousel in Toronto, it had split open and had been stuffed into a clear plastic bag. There was nothing wrong with my suitcase – a high end hard sided clamshell by Samsonite - when I checked in so I filled a Baggage Claim with Aero Mexico there and then at the Airport. What a total rip off!!! We paid $668 for one of our timeshares to be sold and $848 for our other one. We did this February 28th of 2008. Nothing ever happened. And I am sure it never will, except we are new meat to other companies, thinking they can do it to us again. I have told all of them we will gladly pay you at closing and will even pay double if they sell it and wait until closing to be paid. No takers so far. And we haven't paid out any more money. I recently booked a package deal with Alpharooms in the Canary islands. On landing in Fuerteventura I was told the hotel did not exist. It was several hours before any resolution was made. Now I am trying to complain and getting no answer to letters and emails. UK Trading Standards are now involved. I might suggest being wary and cautious about booking with this firm. On March 5, I booked a hotel room at Hotel Estelar El Cable, Manizales through Sandra Dominguez at America Travel, Miami. Sandra booked my flight from Miami to Bogota on Avianca, but told me not to book the Bogota-Manizales Avianca flight through her, but to buy the ticket at El Dorado airport in Bogota when I arrive on Saturday, March 20. The company has thousands and thousands of sheets with peoples information on it regarding their timeshare. They are a fake company that are stealing peoples money. They offer "promotional" vacation packages but do not follow through with anything. They merely steal your money, credit card information and personal information. Possibly to steal your identity. Travelodge La Mesa kicked out my wife and kids, insulted and abused them, and ruined their vacation. I thought our experience was absolutely bizarre and horrible, but if you look for other comments on Google or travel sites they describe exactly the same scenario, going back years! We went to dinner this restaurant at the W in Hollywood and totally over paid for some mediocre steaks and drinks. After we tried to go to the hotel bar for a drink when we were stopped from entering from the restaurant. Even if you just drooped $100 per person for their sub prime food you still have to go through the torment of trying to get into the bar section by going through their precious door. The advertising and sales people for this company lead you to believe your accommodations are at a 3 or 4 star hotel and we found them to be very much less, more like a one or 2 star with no dining room, air conditioning turned off at night, white beans at every meal. All of this in an undesirable part of town with no restaurants near by. <br /> <br /> We were told we were to be centrally located. On arrival we found the hotel changed and we were expected to take the subway.
