We went on our first cruise in December 2007 on board Carnical legend. let me start by stating that our entire cruise was wonderful. We had great service from almost all personel. Even now, comparing this cruise with other cruises, I still think we had the best service on Carnival. My husband reserved me a room so I could get away from the kids and concentrate on my assignments. Because of a mistake on our part (we booked the hotel for the April 1, 2010 instead of April 2, 2010 my husband informed me that I needed to pay the $14.00 difference at check-out. booked hotel vintimille france (ref :128246368) in Jan 2009 through booking.com. gave credit card details as per booking format and for in case no show. Visited france Jan 2009, stayed at hotel, paid the full and final bill of 119 euros when checked out.Later after 15 days recieved CC statements, shocked that the also charged us on our credit card. I was coming in from houston to dallas on a Friday, mid day. for some. Reason I seem like every hotel was booked from dallas to garland. So in need of a room I'm going through mesquite and spot a crossland, I'm like cool this shouldn't be to bad I pull up and see ppl hanging out side like its the projects. I stayed at the Jessup Maryland Red Roof Inn March 27, 2008. The room had these bugs in them, and when I called the office they came out to see the bugs. They tried to tell me they were "normal maryland bugs" that they couldn't stop getting into the room. The manager was willing to change the room, but the room he put us in had urine on the floor in the bathroom. My husband and I purchased a timeshare week at Ellington at Wachesaw Plantation East, owned by Festiva Resorts. Immediately upon our first day of our first visit, we were approached by a sales person for Festiva who asked us to attend a 90 minute presentation -- if we did we would get a free round of golf or something like that, I forget exactly. i have the same complaints as every one else seems to! although i was always able to book my vacation i wanted, as soon as i got there and told them i was not interested in upgrading or buying a timeshare, instand rudeness towards me and my party the rest of the trip. they don't clean your room, they don't help you out, when we got there they wouldn't let us check in for 4 hours... no one seems to care about service. There is NO WAY i would have sat through another presentation or upgraded. i don't care how much free stuff they give me. read full review »

Seems like I am not the only one, but over the past 10 years, Timeshares were sold to thousands of people in Ogunquit, ME. (me being one). To make the sale they offered (Two for one) meaning you pay full price for a timeshare, and they give you as an incentive another week free to complete the sale. I had Paid for a for vacation cruise called Get up and Go with Wyndham Vacation Resorts. $400!!! I needed an extension on the package since I had 2 pregnancies. They did extend it for me but when I called them today, they will no longer extend it. They refuse to let me use it towards a differant vacation or provide a refund for service I did not receive. I am very dissaspointed that I had to LOSE $400. I highly recommend that you do not waste time or money with them. The time share business is a FRAUD and SCAM. read full review »

Bangkok Airways customer service is the worst I have come across. I had booked 2 tickets from Koh samui to Bangkok, and then got them canceled. Its been over 4 months and they just wont refund the correct amount to me. I have emailed them at least 6 times with no reply to any of them. I have called them up 4 times, where the promises are big and they admit that my refund amount should be credited to me. Robing people of their money is a habit of Bangkok Airways. So be careful Bangkok Airways should be last option. And even if one has no other choice don't cancel or your money is gone. read full review »

We purchased tickets Jan 19th 2010 to let our son, daughter-in-law and two children fly down to Miami for 10 days-they were to fly March 16th 2010. We bought through Sears Travel who took photocopies of their passports and sent them on to WestJet. On March 16th after a two hour drive to Toronto, they found out the five year olds passport was 16 days out of date. This should have been csught by Sears and WestJet. Hi, I am one of the commuter to Al Hooti Restaurant near centerpoint. Frequently I used to go their & having breakfast or Lunch. Sad thing is they are not giving proper respect to any of the expat even local also. Rate of the eatables is differ from one day to another day. If we compare the price list it will show one rate and after having food while paying bill rate will be difference. We don't have option we are forced to go their and eat. Nasty, rude behavior and incompetence is not a crime but false advertising and bait & switch is. I even called them back after being hung up on, thinking that I just caught an isolated jerk on the phone. Nope. The next person tried the same tactics and after politely insisting that I simply wanted what to know how to obtain their advertised rate, I was hung up on again. My wife and I stayed at Cambria Suites in Dania Beach Florida. When I state that we thought we were in a 3rd class country, I am not exaggerating. When I made reservation arrangements, Kamal at the front desk stated that the hotel was a 5 Star property. Although the hotel is nice, at best is a three star. He also said that because the occupancy rate was high, he would offer the room to us because he considered our stay to be long term, 6 days. this is all about the carnival kitchen /galley employees which i feel personally for the two miserable year of my life. company policies are quite standard just to the poeple who are outside and not seeing it whats going on inside actually. the company hire a kitchen guy for merely 750 usd and his responsibility is more then what he earn pressure wise and there are no benefits at all. i personally use to start at 5 30 am to make break fast for 2000 people with my collegue so there are total of two of us making break fast for 2000... read full review »

I have travel with emirates airline in 2006 from dubai to paris. on arrival at paris cdg airport my baggage was lost by the emirates airline. I have made the complain on the spot, after arriving at home in Belgium I called emirates, wrote them many times even with registerd letters since 2006, the only word receive from them was a simply appoligy letter and then nothing. My lost suitcase contained very valuable personal things worth of about 6500€. I would advice to peoples travelling with this airline to take insurance of baggage before boarding on emirates aircrafts. read full review »

There were two package tour one for $135 only to niagara falls reaching in the afternoon and the other was $108 reaching niagara fall in the evening and halting at a museum. Coupon offer of 2 for 1 cruise. Learned this was buy first cruise and receive second cruise for free. Booked a 7 day Balcony room Carnival Eastern Caribbean cruise for two from Port Canaveral. Total price was $1974.90. Now when I try to book my free second cruise, I am told balcony is an upgrade. Including upgrades, booking fee and taxes the total cost for two on the bonus cruise is $2184.90. This is $211.00 more than original cruise. The first disappointment was the fact we had paid full fare & the ship was full of eastern states people who had paid less than half what we paid, what a rip off. Run by people from India, free breakfast wasn't worth even going down too. Car parked next to our truck, with a locked cap, had clothes in the back seat. In the morning, , 1 of our bags was gone & so were they. They were from India too. I can't believe that this Motel is part of Wyndham. I wouldn't recommend this place it anyone. In April of 2009 I received material from Cheap Trips to Upgrade. After reviewing the material I called and said I it wasn't what I expected and returned the paperwork within 30 days. I was told I would receive a refund within 2 to 3 billing cycles (why so long?). After the 3 months elapsed and no refund, I called Cheap Trips. They said they would return the call.
