The website itself is very buggy and is often "down for maintenance" (not very helpful when you have placed an order with them or need to check something). The 'hotline' that they have on their website is rarely manned, so be prepared to leave dozens of messages before they return your call - IF they return your call at all. On 12/12/2010, I went to the web site to order one pair of Easy feet. I provided my credit card information and then was asked a series of questions. I decided to upgrade my order to the deluxe pair. Good quality products, but very poor service and customer support. I had a very bad experience with RomanceHer's postage. Instead of a romantic present, my partner got a quite sizeable bill for customs and postage charges that RomanceHer had failed to mention. Despite being one of the least gullible people out there, there was a site that claimed they'd pay you to do surverys, on average about 50 cents per survey. Unlike other sites claiming to pay you $75/hour, this seemed realistic to be paid 50 cents per survey. As soon as you register they claim you receieve $5.00 just for registration, however in order for them to pay you through Paypal or check you need to earn a minimum of $10, which is difficult since every survey you want to do says that you have to wait for pending approval... read full review »

Placed my order over a month ago. I received half of my order a couple weeks ago and called multiple times, left messages, emailed with no response to resolve my issue.
