GArinade November 23, 2010
As previously - they say that something is in stock; take your money and then say that it's not in stock. They claim that this is because their stock is updated twice daily. This is nonsense - goods ordered in June not received in September... BUT still show as in stock on their website. (I know that they'll never be received as the line is discontinued.) Promised a refund on one phone call. No response to any emails. Have now started process of recovering my money via credit card company. Avoid these people at all costs. Search elsewhere on the Net. This is a common occurrence with them! read full review »

In december 09, I purchased an adult contacts website from Webvolume Ltd, they was extreamly prompt at taking my money via google checkout. and all my initial questions were answered very quickly, that was until i had made the purchase, then it all went wrong. After a week I noticed that they had not registered the domain name i had chosen, and after doing a bit of diggin on ebay i noticed the reports were that they were very slow at processing orders, so I gave them a fortnight. After which time STILL no domain name registered, so I... read full review »

Absolutely no customer service, if you place an order it is billed fourth party. All contact information given is false. Site says 30 day money back gurantee, however you will never get to talk to anyone, if an e-mail is sent to the cusomer service address you get a generic reply stating that their communications have been down and the IT guy just fixed it(you get this e-mail ten days after you sent the original). additionaly the email says not to worry and an RMA # will be sent to you shortly(never will happen). I believe this may be a fraudulent website. I tried Webroot AV for about a year and found the product to invasive, required too much baby sitting. The annual anniversary of my Webroot purchase just came around. They have RECURRING BILLING, and want me to re-up. I have the right, of course, to 'opt-out', just click here. Well it seems that to avoid the recurring billing and leave Webroot, one must provide the registration code they initially used to UNLOCK the product. Is that great or what? What customer service. Great e-commerce. If you had/have webroot AV, keep that license code handy. Thumbs down, . read full review »

Domain Name Appraisal
Kaiser November 23, 2010
I was entertained this week by a domain name appraisal scammer. The weekend before I opened up a sedo.co.uk account to manage my domain name parking pages. Since Sedo manage the adverts on the parking page, its an easy way for setting up a passive income stream on domains that are currently without websites. Over the course of eight years I've built up a healthy collection of domain names, most of them are ideas I've yet to develop. I think only one of them I bought purely for speculation. read full review »

Some Prank Automated Callers
Robert November 23, 2010
Three Rivers Federal Credit Union, Fort Wayne is warning its customers to be wary of a phishing scam that is currently attempting to con them. The bank has reported several of its customers complaining of receiving automated phone calls raising an alert against their accounts. The recorded messages inform customers that network security of the bank was breached. This puts their individual accounts along with their identities at risk of being stolen, the messages would further claim. It asks customers to call at a certain number to protect... read full review »

It was the first time to buy from that website and going to be the last. I bought MS Office and paid for it and never received it. They charged initially $8 for shipping and later requested an additional $20 and held the shipment until I paid the additional $20. I though for the extra money they will overnight it but instead they used USPS first class mail for less than$0.95 and for some reason it got lost in the mail. I have been trying to track the shipment for the last 2 weeks now, and all I am getting from this website is smart answers and comments in response to my repeated e-mails. read full review »

20 bucks for an "authentic" NBA jersey? These things retail for $180 usually and I know first hand the actual wholesale cost of an NBA jersey is typically over $60 so I'n not too sure how these can really be authentic. Maybe really good copies for only twenty bucks and in the end I guess it doesn't matter. You won't probably get that hologram symbol on the tag, but if you are just going to have people think you bought the real thing then I suppose knock yourself out and support these fraudsters. read full review »
