I ordered a phone from these guys through Ebay and was sent a phone that could not be activated. After wrangling with them for a week over the phone long distance, they finally admitted that they do not have any of the model that I paid for and tried to sell me a much more expensive phone. I was only able to get a full refund after the intervention of Ebay customer support. They seem to be engaging in some questionable practices and have awful customer service skills. Incompetent and selfish - I ordered a phone to be delivered to one of their stores, I went there and they said the delivery failed, they later sent me an email to say that it is now at the store (at their own convenience) so I shud go pick it up. Bogus web site - This web site shows a demo that has multiple shipping points and destinations that are bogus. When the fee is paid, and access is granted, there are no actual shippers in any state to anywhere. You lose your $20 sign up fee, or the $120 for the year. There are no valid shippers on the site. User names are stolen from somewhere, or created from scratch. When one attempts to contact the shipper on the list, there is never an answer.
