I have ordered from Brandkeys in the past and was satisfied with my purchase. However when I ordered a bag this month and wanted to return it because I was not satisfied with it, I have not heard from the company. I followed their directions and it has been over a week. Still no word. I have recommended their site to my friends and am now quickly telling them not to order. I will contact my bank and have them reverse the charge. The company cant fulfill there promises. You order some stuff minimum is 3 pieces. If you paid it you have to wait for almost 1 week then you get your trackingnumber. Fraudulant terms - Bracket r us claim to have a no problem return full guarantee within 30 days. We purchased and received our Plasma bracket at a good price and quite quickly. We noticed the bracket was the wrong size and on advice from their team we returned the product looking to recieve the correct size. Ordered a set of night braces to wear on my ankles while sleeping. When I didn't receive product after two weeks, I emailed merchant. No reply. Emailed again several days later. Got reply. I saw this place advertised on facebook. So I thought it was legit. I ordered 4 box sets at very good prices just before Thanksgiving. It wasn't until after Christmas I finally got one of the four items I ordered. The 877 number they gave in the confirmation email is disconnected. Their email address bounces. Don't buy anything from this website. They are fraudsters. I ordered a pair of Ugg Boots, advertised as genuine, from them and now find they are fakes. The boots are different sizes and shapes, the left one has a hole in the fabric, the button holes arte too small so can't be buttoned up, etc..The company close their website every so often and reopen under other names so's not to be investigated. This place is a nightmare of ineffectual programming. Rarely a day goes by without some irritating technical issue. Management is friendly enough, but never seem to actually DO anything. This site is most likely one of the best scam artists going. You order your goods, pay via debit, Visa or Mastercard. Then you look forward to your goods arriving in approx 12 days as per site details. Then nothing. There isn't a phone number or even an email address to contact them on, on thier site.
