I signed up for the two week free trial only had to pay 0.99 shipping and handling. i received the product in 3-5 days after shipping and it was wonderful because i had received it when they said i would. Without knowing that this was a scam I sent the money and didn't find out that this was a scam until I got a feeling to google this company and I found all of these sites saying that this is a scam. This company claims you can cancel membership anytime by going online. As I soon found out this was not the truth and they began charging my credit card monthly fees. After seeing the charges on my statement I called to confirm the cancelation of my membership and was told to send a letter to a PO Box to get a refund. They never responded to my request and when I made repeted calls they keep telling me all I can do is to sent another letter to the PO Box. I believe it is time for the BBB to become involved. I ordered this product and yes that is correct you only have 14 days from the day you order it. Then after 13 days you'll see a pending charge of $54.95 which is the low price. If you don't want the product you have to go out of your way to send it back. You also have to call customer care and get a RMA or else they say they won't accept it.
