i have a friend who used to work at one of their call centers ..she said the only way you can get a refund is to get your bank to call them and let your bank (not you) request a refund. they will transfer you to someone else but you might be able to get a refund this way. also if you are calling yourself dont get mad at the operators...they actually dont have a refund button so they cant give you a refund so it does no good to argue with them it just wastes your time and theirs all they can do is read from a script...dont bother asking for a supervisor either. just have your bank call them and request a refund for you. read full review »

I tried to call the site at their listed customer service phone number & was told to leave a message. SHOCK!!!...the mailbox was full. This website charges a membership fee, product charge and uses the United States Postal Service to charge for express mail. You will not receive anything and also membership fee is meaningless. No access to the Members Area and no response to e-mails. Lots of complaints on the internet about them and I have also reported them to the USPS. These people need to be shut down. XM Brands charged 77.83 after $1.97 had been authorized for a free info packet. The $77.83 was not authorized. After my 16 y.o. son agreed to the $1.97 there were other offers for more information for $19.99 that I had him decline. He gets my permission to charge things on his Visa Debit card that is attached to my checking account. We did not authorize the $77.83 and have complainted to Navy Federal Credit Union and will dispute the charge as fraudlent! read full review »
