This service just showed up on our bill one month for 12.95. My phone company, AT&T said that they couldn't do anything about it. I called the customer service number for Voicemailtoday.com (1.866.679.2240) and had the charge credited back. It was a pretty painless process with Voicemailtoday but my complaint is ... how can something like this happen without more verification? The customer service rep said that all you have to do is go online and sign up your phone number. That's it?? Crazy. The guy from Voicemailtoday said that the person that signed me up was named Lisa Franzen. Now we'll see if the charges get taken care of. read full review »

Sorry my email here was a bit gruff but this was my third inquirey to try to find out where my order is.
On top of that there is supposed to be a link on your confirmation email that would allow me to check the status of my order but that link just sends me back to your home page. Also the phone numbers on your site are not active!

These guys went to the breeders that they represent and made a one time purchase, grew them to seed and began to do their own breeding. That would be great if they were telling us that they are doing it and charge less money. Instead, they are selling the seeds without breeders packs, inside little plastic bags saying that the seeds are coming from a breeder and charging triple the amount.

I filed online a complaint to the North Carolina Department of Justice, Attorney General's Office (www.ncdoj.gov/Consumer) on Friday, 14 August 2009 and recieved acknowledgement from their administration section ([email protected]) that they had received my complaint and will review it.

I was looking for some software and this website said this is available for £1.99, so I processed it. When it processed, I realize they charged me £23.94. When I called up credit card company, they said I cant cancel that but i can dispute it after 3 days. I e-mailed this company and no response. When I called up to numbers provided including UK and US numbers, they have automated response saying its out of business hours. I dont know what to do? Even the program I got is not working either and could not find the things I was looking for.

I ordered 40 2 year grape vines in march, with a guarantee of replacement if vines don't grow; received the vines in april; planted them according to instructions, including expensive irrigation drip system for each vine. It was two weeks before I received the order (July 14th) and realized that the merchandise was of the poorest quality. Even my husband commented that they looked as though the necklaces were made by preschool kids. Canceled this product 3 times spoke to agent 5306 the first time, agent 0102 the second and agent 243 the third time. The company seems to have changed there name to netalab.com. I also have cancelation numbers that don't seem to help. I'm very upset!!!

"Free Trail" for the product does not allow you to cancel further shipments. Does not have a working customer service center, but an anserwing machine that does not return calls. I contacted my credit card company's fraud dept who advised me to close my account immediately to avoid further charges. This is the most outrageous internet scam I have ever come across.
