2 months ago I was charged 15.00 on my ATT bill by these people. I called and they said they would cancel the service and refund the charge. I opened my ATT bill today, and there is another charge for 14.95. I call and they say it's for a FAX service and something about a cellphone. I don't own either one. The site does not want me to download the product nor is the site administrator/s contacting me (when promising a 24hr turn around via automated email. Solus Identity Theft Protection is a scam (SolusID) . They take your money and provide neither service nor a refund. I've been dealing with them for 3 months, trying to get a refund.
