Do not place orders with cigarettesexpress.com!! I placed an order on October 3, 2008 and have yet to receive the product. They do not answer or return phone calls or respond to emails. As they take only electronic bank checks, I checked and my bank check was processed on October 7th and they have received payment - still no delivery! I have used Cigarettes Express for a couple of years with no problem. Orders were taken on line and delivery was prompt. Now, it would appear that they are running a fraudulent business. On December 15, 2008 I recieved in the mail a plain envelope stamped from Canada with no return address, telling me I had just won De-Lotto North American Sweepstakes Lottery held on August 28th, 2008 in the 2nd Category. I purchased the "free-trial" online; I've done this before with other sites and have not had a problem but these people went ahead and charged my debit card for $79.95. There is supposed to be a 14 day free trial but it is 14 days from when these people say it's shipped; not from when you get it. I ordered a pipe and tamper from this company while I was in Iraq. I paid $124 for these products back in August 2008. This included $10 for priority shipping and insurance. It is now December and despite a number of emails and phone calls I have recieved neither pipe nor a refund of my money. I ordered some stuff and after my order was complete, it said I had 10 minutes to order free pens, so I ordered 15 more "free" pens, assuming it was a $33 value as stated below the pen icon in the "free pens" box, and once I clicked on the box it processed my order and added $33 to my bill. Please be aware that the TVDVDMANIA.COM and WWW.TVSHOWMONSTER.COM are total scams. They claim that they offer the cheapest dvds stating that they are new etc., etc. only when you receive your order, they are copies from whatever tv network had broadcasted them. They offer a return service if the product is "unsatisfactory" but when you send an email asking for a return address, they refuse to anwer any of your emails. Had PSP for 20 days when the screen went bad. I sent the PSP to Sony for repair and they sent it back stating abuse, neglect and over usage. The system doesn't even have a single scratch on it. I am so upset that I am returning the Christmas present purchased for this system and I will buy Nintendo products instead.
