These sites www.fullreleases.com and www.directfileaccess.com both contain legal and illegal programs for download but they are both scams. They offer a one-off payment of four dollars and ninety-five cents US and then they charge your credit card that amount plus another thirty-nine dollars which continues monthly. I am currently in the process of pursuing this through my bank and local government member. They use a company called billinghlp (yes without the e). The IRS site recommended this company, so we used it. The federal return was suppose to be free, but we had to pay $29.95 to get it filed. We did it to insure taxes were filed on time. We even opted for the state filing at another $29.95. They claim they email within 24-48 hours to let you know your forms were filed. We never got an email.
