I have been paying NABL (now USCT) for health insurance since Feb. 2010, and they have yet to pay a claim. I have contacted numerous times and been told about an address mix-up and backed-up claims therefrom repeatedly. To date they have not paid a single claim. I also use their Plan Rx for my prescriptions--that part of the insurance has been excellent, but hospital, doctor and dental bills are all currently being paid out of pocket by me. They promised that they had items in stock that really weren't. They are falsely advertising PayPal when PayPal has closed their account. On 1/11/2011 I purchased an hour glass using PayPal at the Hourglass Connection or hourglasses.com as of to date 3/30/11 I have never received the product. I sent numerous e-mails to David Hood the proprietor and he always had an excuse E-mail not working waiting for parts, etc. I complained to PayPal on 3/20/11and told them I never received the product I was told that they could do nothing because it was over 45 days since the transaction. I ordered several items of clothing from this site as it seemed a perfectly normal website to purchase Abercrombie and fitch cothes. Everything seemed ok and I got a thank you email saying they'd dispatch my order and had received the money I paid them via debit card. several weeks went by so I contacted them to be told that they were out of stock so I had to reorder different items, which I did. This company made claims as to the potency of an herbal extract, and sold it to me. There was no potency in it at all, almost five hundred dollars worth of extract was completely useless. I attempted to cancel my order BEFORE the items shipped and was told that it was not possible and that if I returned the items there would be a whopping 30% restocking fee. If this had been mentioned at all before my purchase, I never would have done so. My company operates a shipping department as well and it is absolutely possible to cancel an ordfer that is in the "processing" phase.
