I installed a shower pan that requires a trackless shower door. Found this company and paid $394.00 for the door. When my installer came to put the door in, he couldn't believe what a flimsy, piece of junk the product was! Absolute bunch of crooks. Took my money promising next day delivery, but took 2 weeks to deliver. By this time I had made 2 attempts to cancel the order by email because 2 weeks was too late for my girlfriend's birthday, but no reply. Eventually they sent an email saying that they would accept a return as a good will gesture, but I would have to pay to send it back and would be refunded less the outbound delivery charge + stocking fee.
